I have a client who wants me to build a system for him: He is a photographer who wants his photographs to be stored into a database. Due to the volume, he has not been able to archive his images properly. This poses something of a problem for me because I do not want to sort through thousands of images and set up a decent sorting scheme.
I was just over at and was looking at their SDK. Looks like they're able to run "visual" searches and extract images they need. I
thought this might be a nifty tool to use for my client's project - select a few images and use them as comparsion keys. Pick up an image of a beach and run thru
the database grabbing all beach-related images - something like that.
I downloaded the SDK, but was wondering if anyone else here had used the SDK? Is there anything comparable for searching images 'visually'?
