I've been trying for the past while to get a proper driver for my Evil Commando video card, but I can't for the life of me find one that works properly. Currently I have the 6.14.10.6387 Catalyst drivers installed, but my software keeps saying the card has only 4 megs of VRAM and no Pixel Shader support. The card is a 128 meg card, and I know it has the shader support because Morrowind has never complained about it before. 
Unfortunatly I've lost the card's original CD during a move, so that option is no longer available. I've tried different versions of the Catalyst drivers but none of them give me the full amount of performance I've had in the past with this card(I used to be able to run Doom3 at medium settings, Sims2 at full, Morrowind at full, UT2k4 at medium, etc etc), but now I can't even run Morrowind without it giving me a flickering display. Other games run slowly(*very* slowly).
If anyone has a link to the actual drivers for this card I'd be very appreciative. If not, a suitable alternative would be nice.
