Hi,

We recently migrated to Exchange 2010, everything seemed to be working fine until a user reported that he could access another user mailbox.

Having done a search on the internet I noticed that each user seems to have a lot of additional permissions. I have removed all the groups that have "Full control", however users are still able to access each others mailboxes.

Any ideas most welcome

I've seen the Everyone group in Domain Admins so this is a good start... ;-)

Zelandakh - thanks for taking the time to reply.

I managed to resolve it yesterday but didnt get around to posting. Oddly it was "Domain Users" that had been added to "Domain Exchange Servers" - not sure when or how that had been done, but removing it, waiting 2 hours, getting the clients to reboot resolved the issue.

The cmdlet you mentioned was also useful, I came across this when looking on the internet.

Thanks again.

D.
