I have a user that is having an issue with notes ..where it lets anyone that opens her notes see her mail and even read it before it asks for a password. She is also a designer and it's possible to get into her code before it asks for a passowrd. On occasion she can go so far as to change code and it doesn't ask for a password until she tries to save it. At least this means the coded won't be changed without her passowrd... but still it shouldn't allow anyone this far. To make matters more complicated ... It doesn't happen all the time. We are using NT4 and Notes 4.6 and mostly all relatively new Dell PC's. Her PC was also reimaged recently. The image works fine on other computers.
any help is appreciated
thanks

thanks but I Did look at that thread and it didn't solve my issues... that's why I posted this.

This is hard to believe. Are you sure of the following :
1) the ACL admits no user groups
2) All users are accessing the mail db on the server
3) No replica copy of the mail db is lying around on local disks

Try removing all ACL entries that are not owner/server and see what happens.
Other issue, what is in this image ? Are you rolling out the same Notes Data directory and ID file to everyone ? If everyone has the same image, where is the Notes Id file of each individual user ? I'm expecting you to say that each user has a private network folder and that is where individual data is stored. But are you certain the image reflects that correctly ?
