every two hours "browsing" the internet

My prob is that after two hours of being able to browse the internet with a browser...I no longer can...all other pc's can, servers ect...after a reboot I can then surf again....I have swaped NIC's with no fix....I can successfully ping outside the lan..and reslove IP's to host...for example pinging

http://www.msn.com

will resolve the ip...trying to browse msn.com...the browser will show it is "connecting" to the IP....any ideas!!??...thanks very much!

add on-
I did some testing...and when the pc is running as should....I can't ping outside the LAN...I disabled it....but when the above post is true...I CAN ping as I said?.....so something is disconnecting, rules are being broke...!!??

I have tried the following...
I cannot nslook up..gives me errors...I CAN ping by alias

but CANNOT ping its ip...."no reply"??..any ideas...

sorry...but another thing I have tried...

releasing/renewing
I get an error that there is no device permissable for this operation!

ipconfig gives all the desired configurations...
