Every time opened MS word ask for a configuration setup

Hello Experts

i installed the MS-Office Enterprise 2007 on XP machine.
Every time i opened a document it gets me first in a setup process.
Then after a complete configuring progress for the MS office 2007 , word is opened normally. All things done automatically without any intervention. If i canceled the setup process which is initiated as in above, it guides me to this error:

"An error occurred and this feature is no longer functioning properly. Please run setup and select "repaire,..." to restore this application.
if i get from this message out i entered the word normally. so i can proceed as if it normal start up.

Actually i tried to run the repaire, but still i am getting the same problem.
This happens only with word 12.0 component.
This appears instantly after the installation of the package. I didn't change any options or settings for the word.

Also i run the diagnostic program for the whole package, and all steps completed with no errors.

I am waiting for your advise.
