At then end, so when it's designed as a 2 page report - margins all set WELL within guidelines - so much so that I have 1" to spare with the margins moving the Report around on screen horizontally - and 1" extra before the footer vertically. Regardless of my efforts, the report comes out with a blank page at then end. I have resized the palette to exact size of the fields - I'm presuming it MUST be an option somewhere that I am missing.

Thanks,

There's no option, it's in your design. Maybe you have the number of records that just so happens to cause this? Only thru fiddling around will you find it--checking margins, make your cursor select in a place that looks like blank space in case there's some tiny line or text box or soemthing sitting there, take out a bunch of records and see what happens, start over with a new blank report and see what happens......

There is very likely a control that is hard to spot that is beyond the printable area of your report.

I have had issues with thin lines, where it extends just a little bit past the printable area. On the preview, I at first don't see it, but if I look very closely I spot a little "dot" on the left side of the blank page, which turns out to be the end of the line.

In a page setup, you could try shrinking your margins as much as possible (I found that around .2" is about the smallest you can get). This increases your printable area.
