Odd problem with our new BES5 implementation.
It is working perfectly with EX2010 users and for 15 EX2003 users that I transported from BES4 initially. However if I add another EX2003 user BES cannot open their mailbox.
I am getting multiple event log entries in Exchange of 9646 (every 30 mins or so ) - Mapi session BESAdmin exceeded the maximum of 32 objects of type "session".
I could understand this if I hadn't made BESAdmin a view-only admin which gives it View Information Store Status. Has also explicitly been given Administer Information Store as well.
Both of which should negate the session limit.
Failed over to the other cluster node as well in case it needed IS restarted but that hasn't worked.
Any thoughts about this anyone?
