Event Viewer show application error

I have a Server 2000 system which has the following error messages showing up about every 5 minutes or so in the event viewer. We have been unable to determine what is causing it. Here are the details:

1.Source: Userenv
Category: None
Event ID: 1000
User: Nt Authority\System
Description:The Group Policy client-side extension
Security was passed flags (17) and returned a failure
status code of (1332).

2.Source: SceCli
Category: None
Event ID: 1202
User: N/A
Description: Security policies are propagated with
warning. 0x534: No mapping between account names and
security IDs was done. Pls look for more details in
Troubleshooting sections in Security Help.

Anyone have any ideas?
