Event Viewer Error Message

In my event viewer I get two error messages and I am not sure what they mean.

1. DCOM got error&quot;Logon Failure: the specified account password has expired and was unable to logon <Domain Name\emanager> in order to run the server.

2. The session setup from the computer <Computer Name> failed to authenticate. The name of the account referenced in the security database is <Computername$>.
The following error occurred
Access is Denied.
