Event Server Crash on Startup (SIGSEGV) - Err Code 139

Hi,

We're trying to start our EventServer v.8.0 on Solaris.
Err Code 139

has aynbody a list of error codes and their meaning ?

when trying to load a single map, every thing is fine. But trying to load a second one will result in a segment violation and a core dump ?

Any help will be appreciated

Contact IBM Support and get their diagnostic script (UI).
What version of Solaris, what version of JAVA?

How do you load maps individually in the Event Server?
Are you using the multi-process Event Server? Do you get an msl.txt or compoundsystem.txt?

139 is from the OS, not an internal code.

I suggest getting 8.0.1.
