Event notification in Netware

Hello everybody, I'm developing in Netware environment for the first time. I want to know what APIs are provided in Netware 6.5 for event notification. Basically, I'm expecting some events to happen, and when the OS reports them, I'll call the appropriate handler.

Also, is there a good website on development in Netware?
