Hello all,
During a recent visit to the USA, I attended a users group meeting in LA and saw Event Manager in action. I was so impressed I placed a PO right away. Since installing it, it has worked very well. There are some minor issues that we have overcome - perhaps in future versions they will be overcome in the code.
We are alerted to all kinds of conditions and events that occur during our business day and key employees receive summaries of their 'day' at approriate time intervals.
I thoroughly recommend it to anyone seeking BAM software. We are still developing stuff within it, but see some real benefit for the future.
If there is one down side, our reseller Triangle Partners is having difficulty getting a valid license for us from VineyardSoft - despite contacting them on a daily basis. We are still using the eval. license which will expire in a week or so. What's up there VineyardSoft???
