Hey what is everyone using to monitor event logs if anything? I'd like to get something that is an enterprise solution so I can monitor our production servers. We are an NT4 network slowly making our way to 2k. I've read that with Win2k you can monitor with SNMP but I'd like to get something in the mean time. I've found a couple software companies making them, but I was hoping I could get away with something that MS wrote, that I don't know about, or a freeware from somewhere. Any one have a solution that they are using or any suggestions?
