Event Log: Event ID 7023

I just installed IIS 4.0 and MTS. I re-booted the system and started the FTP
svc. with no problem, but I am receiving a Event ID 7023 error in the event log
when I try to start

http://WWW publishing

svc.

"The World Wide Web Publishing Service terminated with the following error:
The specified procedure could not be found"


Any thoughts?

This usually means one of the IIS support DLLs is out of date. Try reinstalling the latest service pack. Make sure that all services (web, ftp, SQL, MTS, MSMQ, etc) are stopped before applying the service pack.
