We have set up a new system with Windows 2000 and MSSQL 2000. The system log in the Event Viewer reports the following error when the system is started after being set up i.e. moved, completely powered down:
2/19/2001 3:33:12 PM SQLSERVERAGENT Error Alert Engine 318 N/A SQL-SERVER Unable to read local eventlog (reason: The event log file has changed between read operations).
and the following warning every time it is warm or cold booted thereafter:
2/19/2001 3:36:22 PM MSSQLServer Warning (8) 19011 N/A SQL-SERVER SuperSocket info: (SpnRegister) : Error 1355.
Any ideas of what these mean and how to correct what's causing them would be much appreciated. Thanks.
Dennis
