we are currently running CM7 and CMS R18. I'm looking for the Event Identifiers for the following Agent States:

ACD In
ACD Out
ACW In
ACW Out
Aux In
DACD In
DACW Out
OutACDHold
Pure AUX Out

Are they not in the help file on CMS supervisor client?

ACSS (UC/SBCE/SM/SME)

Not that they mean a thing anymore , get a brain dump pass the test crash the system.

Yup, all info is in CMS SuperVisor Client Help (Help >> Technical Support >> Contents). All standard reports are described in "CMS Supervisor Reports" chapter with Database items, calculations, description etc. Elaborated version of Database items you can find by going through Indexes or just use search.
