Greetings to All

I am running a Windows 2000 Server in a mixed mode
environment. I have another domain controller in this
environment also running Windows 2000 Server. I am
constantly logging the error 8032 in my event viewer in
the second domain controller. At times I am unable to
browse my network using Network Neighbourhood but I would
be able to browse using Ip address. I can ping other
machines in the network fine. However when I try to
browse the PDC from within the Network Neighbourhood
console I am getting the error "Logon failure: The target
name is no longer avaialable." I have stopped the browser
and Netlogon services but the problems still persists. There is only one network card in the PDC and one in the second domain controller, they are no conflicts on the network. The registry key RESTRICTANONYMOUS is set to 0. Is the event logged in the event viewer related to me not being able to browse the PDC from the second domain controller related.

Any ideas in regards to this isssue would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Regards
