Event ID 7013 1

First, workstation gave the blue screen with a SAM error. Then waited a few minutes rebooted and then it booted up fine but did give the message that "At least one service or driver failed..." I went to event viewer and it gives a Event ID of 7013. How do I go about fixing that?? The description is Logon attempt with current password failed with the following error: Logon failure: unknown username or bad password.

The user had no problems logging in and everything seems to be working fine other then gettign this message at startup!!

Sounds to me like one of your services is setup to start with a certain user id and maybe this id has been changed in some way or the password has been changed.
I suggest you look through your services and look for one that is in startup automatic but is not started and see if an the service is setup to logon with a specific user.
