Event ID 7001...Help!

Im getting an event message 7001 on an Exchange server with a description of:
"The Message Queuing service depends on the Distributed Transaction Coordinator service which failed to start because of the following error: %%0"

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Well did you try restarting MS DTC service in order to get the message queueing service working

I restarted the services but was trying to figure out what the error was and why it didnt start automatically.
