Event ID 5788 & 5789 1

Hello,

I have a Win2k AD domain and I'm currently experiencing the 5788 and 5789 events regarding netlogon on one of my member servers. Here is the detail

5788
"Attempt to update HOST Service Principal Names (SPNs) of the computer object in Active Directory failed"

5789
"Attempt to update DNS Host Name of the computer object in Active Directory failed"

"Access is Denied" is the specific error reported within each.

The primary DNS suffix is correct and I'm logged onto this server with an account that has full local and domain admin privileges. Has anyone out there experienced anything like this before?
