Event ID 5004

Hi all,
I’ve recently inherited two exchange 5.5 servers, on the main server in the site I keep getting the following error:

MSExchange general 5004

Generation of the offline address book is completed.
Result: an error occurred", event
id:5004.

Has anybody got any idea how to resolve it, as the remote users cannot download the offline address book and consequently have no e-mail addresses on their laptops.
