Event ID 4776 Security Log

This event id has been occurring frequently on the domain controller and the details as follows:
Authentication package: MICROSOFT_AUTHENTICATION_PACKAGE_v1_0
logon ACCOUNT: MSTINC
Source Workstation:
Error code: 0xc0000064
I checked the active directory and there is no user name mstinc and it did not specify the name of the workstation .
Any idea to help me troubleshoot and solve this problem
