We have a windows 2003 server running web server for people unload data. It doesn't work since last week and receives this message:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: W3SVC-WP
Event ID: 2236
Description:
The server failed to load application '/LM/W3SVC/1271518477/Root/targetbill'. The error was 'Server execution failed.

Any suggestion?
