Event ID 213 LicenseService

I am continually warned about the following on my domain controller:

Replication of license information failed because the License Logging Service on server server.domain.com could not be contacted.

The server (server.domain.com) has been removed the environment and it is not found under the Server Bowser tab within Licensing. Any suggestions for ridding myself of these continued warnings?

You can stop the license logging service. It's disabled by default in server 2003 because of this annoyance.
