EVENT ID 1219: Winlogon

Hi folks !!

I´m having a serious problem with event id 1219. I want to change our Webserver to another subnet (DMZ specifically).
When I do that, Remote Desktop doesn´t work althought I have done all settings on firewall (for remote desktop I opened port 3389 for example).

Firewall configuration has something like this:

Internal Subnet ----------------------> DMZ
(10.1.1.0) (aLL PORTS) (192.168.1.0)


DMZ ----------------------> Internal Subnet
(192.168.1.0) ( only ports 80, 443, (10.1.1.0)
3389, 8080, etc...)

Our DNS is configurated like this:

FORWARD LOOKUP ZONE
EXAMPLE.COM
PTR RECORD -----> WEBSERVER --> IP 192.168.1.1

REVERSE LOOKUP ZONE
192.168.1.1 (DMZ Subnet)
POINTER PTR -----> HOSTNAME WEBSERVER.EXAMPLE.COM

Please if someone can help me I would really apreciate it, I´m fighting with this problem since a month ago.

EVENT ID 1219 shows:

Logon rejected for EXAMPLE\ADMIN. Unable to obtain Terminal Server User Configuration. Error: The remote procedure call failed.
