Event ID 1105 Problem

I have an event id 1105 that I cannot resolve. The error message reads:
Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.EventLog'.'PK_EventLog' in database 'SBSMonitoring' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup.

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this?

Sounds like your SQL Express has hit it's 4gb limit.
Have done a quick google on your error and it looks like you may need to do a cleanup ont he database to free up some space.
I'd offer more help but SQL isn't my forte!!
