I have a win 2000 advanced server with SP1 loaded.
Citrix 1.8 with SP2 loaded.
I am having problems with my remote clients getting disconnected 4 to 5 times a day. There is only one event in the event log that is suspect to me. It is as follows..
Source=TermServDevices
Catagory=none
Event ID= 1103
Description:
An internal communication error occurred. Redirected printing will no longer function.
I am not sure if this is when they are losing their connection or not. I am kinda new to Citrix, so go easy on me.. I can't find this event id on microsoft's site except when it is talking about active dirtectory not being able to access the root of the boot drive. Well, I don't have active directory installed, so I didn't figure that was the problem. I only have two remote users on using the server right now. If anyone knows of this problem or if it is even related to my users getting disconnected please reply..
Thanks in advance...
