Event ID: 11. Source a320raid. controller error.

Windows 2000 Server. (SP4)
Brightstor ARCserve Backup version 9 for Windows. (9.1 Patch installed)
Gateway 975 server
Megaraid 320-1 controller.

We get a message in the event viewer every 6 seconds telling us that "The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Scsi\a320raid2."

Everything appears to be working correctly. We would like to make this message stop showing up in the event log. Could anybody help us out with this problem?

Make sure the tape device is disabled in the OS Device Manager so that the tape &/or media changer device driver are not loaded.
