Event ID 1023

I am getting this event for one of my users.
I am running exchange 5.5 on a NT 4.0 server.

The message is:
"username" was validated as /o=BBBB/ou=BBBB/cn=Recipients/cn="username"
but was unable to log on to /o=BBBB/
ou=BBBB/cn=Recipients/cn="username"

Can anyone help?

Try to re-create a brand new Outlook profiles for those generating the errors, and setting the new profile as the default startup profile for Outlook.
