Event ID 1021 Connections

domain/administrator was unable to connect as /o=*******/ou=******/cn=RECIPIENTS/cn=username. Error 0x3f2.

Recently migrated to 2003 from 5.5 and I'm getting the following errors quite frequently for 2 distinct mailboxes. The username part seems to be aliases or full usernames - doesn't really make sense...

Any ideas anyone?
