Event ID 1019 and 1023 for Exchange 2003 on SBS2003 Server

I kept getting Event ID 1019, followed by Event ID 1023 for one user's mailbox that was being forwarded through our ISP's POP3 account.

After going through tons of sites, before realizing that this error is occuring because the POP3 connector is NOT ABLE TO DOWNLOAD.

Once I realized that, I logged into the webmail portion and saw a huge file, that "may" have clogged the pipeline. I deleted that and a few others and Voila!, it started working again.

I wish I could provide a logical explanation, but wasn't able to break it down any further.
