Event ID 10065

There are times when my Citrix Box W2K Mf1.8 will lock up. If a user has a session they are ok, if they are not connected they cannot connect. The only way I can correct the problem is to power off/on the box. I believe the following message in event Viewer relates to the problem, but I am not too sure.

Event Id 10065 A socket operation was attempted to an unreachable host.

Any suggestions?

The following MS article relates to the same error code (but is for 98 OS althought the description etc. is the same...)..Q199485..seems to point to a missing route?? There was another article (Q242210)which indicated missing entries for a POP3 server I think.....????

How many users are connected when the machine stops logins...?? Do the clients get an error message when they try to connect...???
