event id 1002 source: Domain Time Server

I keep getting the following error on one of my member servers in my NT 4 domain:

Description:
Could not open C:\WINNT\System32\domtimes.log for write. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

Having a hard time finding out why I keep getting this error.

Sounds like your using the 3rd party time server Domain Time II Server. It is possible the log file has become corrupt. Try opeining the control panel for this app and create a new log. If you are not using this time server, try stopping the W32Tm service, delete and re-create the file and then restart the time service
