Event ID 100 Source W3SVC on Exchange 5.5

I get a lot of entries in my event log stating:

"The server was unable to logon the Windows NT account 'Guest' due to the following error: The referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to..."

This will occur every couple days and about every 20 - 30 seconds for as much as 3 1/2 hours.

I'd appreciate any ideas.
