Event Handlers in MOSS 2007/WSS 3

Hello,

I've developed a few event handlers already and they all work well but I'm experiencing a problem with two events that never fire.

ItemAttachmentAdding and ItemAttachmentAdded. If I work with other events within the same assembly, they are triggered which tends to prove that the assembly is ok but ItemAttachmentAdding & ItemAttachmentAdded never fire although I add new documents in my Shared Document library.

Do you know if there is anything special to be done in order to work with those events?
