What is the Bonjour Service's Startup type (in Services), if it is set to Automatic, see if changing it to Manual is a solution?

simple fix...

remove BONJOUR...

Completly Uninstall and Remove Bonjour Service and Files (mDNSResponder.exe, mdnsNSP.dll) for Windows

then reboot!!!

once rebooted, open a command prompt and type the following and reboot again:

netsh winsock reset catalog
