Event Code 820 and 263

I am getting event codes 820 and 263 in my Sys test log. Users are experiencing dropped calls at random times.

In the manual I read that 820 means line driver problem and 263 means handshake which occurs between KSU line and the network when a line is released was not properly completed. The problem could be related to equipment used in the PSTN.

Can anyone provide help on these events, are they related to the dropped calls and this my equipment or the telco?

My system version is 7.0.

Do you use the PSTN to route calls to other systems or is it a PRI/T1 etc..?
