Event Code: 55741
Severity Major
Description A system error occurred in the Call Transfer block in an Application Builder application.
Impact Call was disconnected and session was terminated.
Recovery Action Check the Event Browser to see if similar events have been generated.
Technical Support Action Problem has occurred in SLEE. Check lower level event generation to determine the problem.
Other then that I dont know a fix, sorry.

Thanks curly, it's an ACD group for Pharmacy. Just wondering if it's operator error, high volume, or something internal I should look out for?
