Event Code 48512

Hi,

I have taken a look at the eventlog and found the following error which seems to coincide with symposium re-assigning skillsets....

Event Code 48512 ICCM Task Flow Executor (TFE)...the details given are

Skillset /Agent Script Command Failed (14.ss/Agt:10280.Callid 1455.file:.\uc.cpp/doASMResponse : line 5221)

Have anyone seen this type of error before and if so how or where do you start to rectify it?

Have you run a call by call and checked it against the call ID number. I have seen that error occur when a call is abandoned or returned to queue on time out.
