EVENT CODE 462??

Does anyone know what this event code is? It's not in any of the alarm & event code manuals. This is a reoccuring event code that looks like this:
EVT 462-0161010101 54 2007/07/31 10:36

This is just an example there are several of these in the log...

ANYONE KNOW?

Action:Customer Data must be reprogramed

Ouch. I hope it was just a programmable key, and not an entire database lost.
