Event code 40592 3

I have an nortel 81 w/ succession 4.5 with callpilot server 5.0. I get a critical event almost daily of 40592 but the description of the event code is rather vague....at least to me. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

kzrider..40592 is a common error.what peps do you have
on your server i have found that the latest peps i have
put on the callpilot servers i take care of has cured alot
of the 40592 errors.

I would hope that all PEP's are current. This system has only been on-line for three weeks. I will check and see if there are new PEP's available.

kzrider...its up to the person installing the callpilot
server to get the updated peps for nortel website and
install them it comes from the factory without peps if
you need the list of the latest and greatest peps let me know i will list them out for you.

Three weeks ago? Wow Nortel could have released and pulled a dozen PEPs by now. Install tech could have had and used an old series of PEPs from his/her laptop thinking they were still good.

Thanks all! I'll contact my vendor and have them review/ install all current PEP's. I'm somewhat surprised that PEP's come and go so frequently!

I get this error message as well, pretty much daily. My Call Pilot is at

CallPilot Manager version 05.00.41.30

Looks like my latest PEP is CP500S00G27S.

Is this the latest one?
