EVENT-BASED SCHEDULING

Currently using Crystal Enterprise XI (11). We need to generate some event-based scheduling. Does anyone have any experience doing this? Is it something that can be involved in Enterprise or would we need to look to a VB or ASP (.NET) solution?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

What type of events? For events such as file appearing in a folder, there's an easy solution.
