Event 4134 Error/Trouble with .dll's Perhaps

I have been getting this error message on my asp ever since i removed a virus from my server, initially i thought some of my .dll files were missing, but after restoring all of them the pages still will not work here is the error:

I really need help, I am on the verge of having to reformat everything.
