Both of my domain controllers are suffering from the source of event ID 4015. I've successfully entered the 'DNScmd' but the error persists. DCdiag.exe /v runs successfully but the servers don't pass all the tests. Netdiag.exe /v will not run at all. I've seen other posts in other areas that mention the reinstall of DNS services. I'm not sure what to do yet, I'm hoping to get some advice on what should be done next....

Thanks,

~Mal

Sorry for the delay, here are some of the tests that failed:

Testing server: Default-First-Site-Name\server2
Starting test: Replications
* Replications Check
[Replications Check,server2] Inbound replication is disabled.
To correct, run "repadmin /options server2 -DISABLE_INBOUND_REPL"
[Replications Check,server2] Outbound replication is disabled.

......................... server2 failed test Replications

I found also that the NETLOGON service was paused. How in the heck did that happen?! Went into services, and sure enough...resumed service.

Also, when I run netdiag /v I get this stop error:

The procedute entry point DnsGetPrimaryDomainName_UTF8 could not be located in the dynamic link library DNSAPI.dll
