I show an event 313 and 310 on my BCM 3.7 that happened last Friday night at 11:40PM. When the customer came in on Monday morning, they tried to acces VM it said NO Resource. I looked on Nortels site to find the event codes and can't find anything. I could log into callpilot browser and the Unified Manager. I did a shut down then powered off the unit then back on. The system came back up and everything is working right now. I don't know if they just lost power or I'm going to have trouble in the future. Does anyone know where I can download the event codes for BCM?
