OK all Norstar Gurus heres a good one:
MICS 4.1 sytem suddenly rebooted during the day and lost all set programming. Only event code was event 295 - Watchdog time-out expired. Luckily I had a recent back up and was able to restore all programming.
Does anyone have an idea why this occured and how to prevent it from happening in the future.

well it is bad and has many issues and its a start to any problem...its quick and its easy...plus should make sure outside cardtridge is a release 2

agreed. One of the reasons I come here is for the laughs.

Thank you both for your response, exactly what I thought, funny that the system did this after several years of smooth sailing. I now have to check their NAM version, which I am assuming due to its age, is 4.0. I will recommend 6.1 and either a NAM upgrade or CP-150.
BTW I hear that 7.0 is due out in Jan-Feb can anyone confirm this and does anyone know what type of bells and whistles are being added.
