Event 2159 every 30 minutes. Why?

Hey all, I'm getting an Event ID 2159 in my log about every 30 minutes. Here's the Description:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: MSExchange ADAccess
Event Category: Validation
Event ID: 2159
Date: 8/12/2008
Time: 11:28:37 AM
User: N/A
Computer: SRV-EXCHANGE2K7
Description:
Process edgetransport.exe (Transport) (PID=416). Configuration object CN=Routing Group,CN=Connections,CN=Exchange Routing Group (DWBGZMFD01QNBJR),CN=Routing Groups,CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT),CN=Administrative Groups,CN=My Organization,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=MyDC,DC=com read from srv-DC2.domain.com failed validation and will be excluded from the result set. Set event logging level for Validation category to Maximum to get additional events about each failure.

I've Googled this event but the only things I find are close but not the same as my problem. Any ideas?
