Event 1765 - Disconnect and try again later

I have recently built a 2nd MAS in my VM domain, when first tested, all looked fine, then I started experiencing these errors, but only with 4 stations (there are approx 600 subs in this site).

Event ID 1765
A TUI session for mailbox 167139 encountered a problem and could not continue. The caller was asked to disconnect and try again later. Error: Delegated call to Commit failed. HR=0x80004005

This is followed by:

Event 1683
MSS failure - the Mailbox Properties message containing the XML-encoded mailbox properties could not be found in the .userinfo directory.
Mailbox Number: 167139
IMAP4 Detail: A timeout occurred.
MSS Error:

Then this:

MSS failure - the message containing the requested property (umOptionalPrompt2-1) could not be found in the .userinfo directory during save stream operation.
Mailbox Number: 167139
IMAP4 Detail: A timeout occurred.
MSS Error:

And finally:

Event 1604
MSS failure - the message containing the requested property (umOptionalPrompt2-1) could not be found in the .userinfo directory during save stream operation.

I have deleted and re-added these mailboxes with no luck.
I have also reset the IMAP4 password on the MAS, no luck.

Anyone else experienced these problems?
