Evalute detail test

I am using Crystal XI

I have the following possibility in the data section and output records

interest 10
interest 1

If the second record is less than the first I need to change the comment to interest tax

How can I do this if the info is in the detail section- , is it through evaluate while printing or something?

This is very urgent I know everyone says this but it is
 
You can use something like this, but you would have to decide what is to occur on the 1st record, as there is no previous record to compare it to. i am not in front of crystal, but do think you could use 'not onfirstrecord' before the below statement.


IF {table.field} < previous({table.field} then "Interest Tax" else
